The demand for mushrooms is growing, thanks to their unrivaled ability to support a healthy immune system in all animals. Mushrooms are Mother Nature's proven way to support a normal immune response. Our whole mushrooms are double extracted, organic, and low in starch. We third-party test all of our mushrooms to be low in heavy metals and rich in immune-enhancing beta-glucans.
Seven Shrooms is a veterinary-formulated blend of 7 whole mushrooms. Our double extraction process makes sure that the beneficial beta-glucans and triterpenoids in the mushrooms are bioavailable and able to enhance immune, liver, and kidney function.
Our mushrooms are grown in greenhouses on natural wood and substrates in filtered air. The whole mushroom is then double extracted and gently powdered, then tested for safety and high beta-glucan content.
It's important to note that most of the beta-glucan is found in the fruiting body of the mushroom. But it's expensive and time-consuming to grow mushrooms this way. But we don't do things the cheap and inexpensive way. In comparison, many "mushroom" products are mycelium, which is just the "roots" of the mushroom. To produce this product, mycelium is put in plastic bags filled with sorghum, oats, or rice, then put in a locker to grow. The mycelium is then ground up with the grains to make a high-starch product. Natural mushrooms are low in starch, averaging about 4% carbohydrate.

Give orally daily or as directed by your veterinarian.

It will last approximately 60 days for a 1-25 lbs dog, 45 days for a 26-50 lbs dog, 30 days for a 51-75 lbs dog, 22 days 76-100 lbs dog, and 15 days for 101+ lbs dogs.

Q : How do I pick the right mushrooms for my dog?
A : A blend of different mushrooms works best as they work synergistically. Next, look for the highest beta-glucan content. Beta-glucans are the active ingredient in mushrooms and your product should guarantee a large amount. Immunity is veterinarian formulated to provide immune support for all dogs.
Q : What’s mycelium?
A : Mycelium is just the “roots” of the mushroom, and doesn’t contain the whole fruiting body (which is the part that grows above ground). Mycelium doesn’t offer the same high beta-glucan content found in the fruiting body.
Mushrooms are expensive to grow on their natural substrate (typically wood and trees). So most mushroom products are what’s called “myceliated grain.” This cheap and fast way to grow mushrooms is just mycelium grown in bags of oats, rice or other grains. This whole bag, grains and all, is sold as “mushrooms” but differs from real, whole mushrooms in two ways. First, it’s much lower in beta-glucans and second, the resulting product is mainly starchy grains (real mushrooms are less than 5% starch).
Because of these differences, the FDA states mycelium on grain products can’t be called mushrooms - but many still are. Or, they add a small amount of fruiting body to keep costs down and still claim it’s a mushroom product.
The only way to know if your dog’s mushroom product is whole mushrooms, is to ask for the beta-glucan amount - not the polysaccharide content or alpha-glucan content, because those are found in any product with a lot of grains

Q : Do Immunity mushrooms come from the whole fruiting body?
A : Yes! Immunity uses every part of the mushroom which includes the fruiting body. Each mushroom is double extracted. The extract is then dried into a powder with all the essential mushroom elements (triterpenoids and beta-glucans) intact.
Q : How much beta-glucan content is in Immunity?
A : A whole jar of Immunity averages 34.6% beta-glucans.
Beta-glucans are the active, immune-supporting compound found in mushrooms. Not all mushroom species are the same and carry different amounts of beta-glucans and immune supporting substances like triterpenoids. Our mushrooms are third-party tested to ensure they have a high, guaranteed beta-glucan content, while being low in pesticides and heavy metals.

Turkey Tail has the highest amount of immune-supporting beta-glucans, more than any other mushroom. For dogs needing extra support, we recommend adding Four Leaf Rover’s Turkey Tail product to Immunity.
Q : Can’t I just buy mushrooms from the grocery store to give to my dog?
A : You can. But, while mushrooms from the grocery store are nutritious, they lack high levels of beta-glucan. The mushrooms also have a tough outer wall that’s difficult for dogs (and humans) to break down, so double extraction is a good idea to make the beta-glucans and immune supporting compounds available.
Q : Are the mushrooms in Immunity raw?
A : The mushrooms in Immunity are not raw, but rather double extracted. Raw mushrooms can irritate your dog’s gut, which can lead to vomiting, diarrhea and cause dehydration. The valuable part of a mushroom is “locked” in its chitin (cell wall). Dogs and people lack the enzyme required to break chitin down, so our mushrooms are double extracted to make them more bioavailable. This process releases the beneficial compounds such as beta-glucan. First, they’re extracted with alcohol and then with water. Don’t worry, they’re not high in alcohol - it’s released during the steaming process. This has been the process in Traditional Chinese Medicine for thousands of years.
Q : Where are Immunity’s mushrooms grown?
A : Our mushrooms come from China, which, believe it or not, is the only place you can find the entire mushroom. With that said, we take safety and purity seriously. Our mushrooms are grown on wood, in filtered air, way up in the mountains, hundreds of miles from the cities. Before the mushrooms leave China, they’re tested for pesticides and heavy metals and once they arrive in the USA, they’re tested again, then tested a third time before we put them into jars.
Q : Which should I buy? Turkey Tail or Immunity?
A : Mushrooms work best synergistically, which is why we recommend Immunity for all dogs. It includes 7 different organic mushrooms, which are veterinarian formulated for their benefits in dogs.
For dogs needing extra support, we recommend combining Turkey Tail with Immunity because Turkey Tail is very rich in beta-glucans.

Singapore Orders
- Non-frozen items could enjoy FREE delivery with orders $38 and above.
- Non-frozen items are delivered by third-party courier partners within 3 working days.
- Third-party courier partners may or may not attempt to reach you at the contact number that you've submitted upon delivery.
- If no one is present or uncontactable for further instructions, your package will be left at the riser, door, gate, security, or a location determined appropriate by the courier.
- If other arrangements are preferred and necessary, please leave us a remark or contact us right after you have placed your order.
- For orders above $150, we will be using reasonably reliable couriers (in line with our duty under the Singapore Sale of Goods Act) that allow high-value compensation in the event of parcel loss.
- For orders above $150, should there be theft suspected in your area, based on the courier that we will be partnering with, we may require you to make a police report for submission for a claim.
- Alternatively, you may also opt for Self Collection.
- Self-collection is applicable for all non-frozen items.

FROZEN ITEMS SHIPPING POLICY
Singapore Orders only
- This delivery option is not limited to just frozen items; however, if there are frozen items in the same order, it will be processed based on frozen item delivery.
- Frozen items could enjoy FREE scheduled delivery with orders $100 and above.
- Frozen items are delivered by third-party courier partners.
- Orders cut-off time applicable for FREE scheduled delivery is 5pm previous day.
- Orders made by 5pm will be delivered on your selected date and time slots.
- We highly recommend that you choose a date and time slot where you can be present to receive the parcel within the time frame.
- Should you have difficulties being present, we can arrange for the driver to hang at your gate, however, pls note that our packaging can only keep items as frozen as possible for only 3 hours.
- Third-party courier partners may or may not attempt to reach you at the contact number that you've submitted upon delivery.
- If no one is present or uncontactable for further instructions, and no other arrangements have been made prior, your package WILL BE RETURNED, and an additional $20 will be charged for the re-arrangement of the 2nd delivery.

Return and Refund Policy

Generally, all our products are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable.
However, in the event you received an incorrect or defective item, or any other valid reason that you can't enjoy your purchase, we will provide a refund or exchange on a case-by-case basis.
All we ask is that when the item is returned, it should meet the following requirements:
- Reach out to us to arrange an appointment to drop off your item at 338 Ang Mo Kio Ave 1 #01-1649, Singapore 560338.
- Item returned should be in its original & sealed packaging. Broken seals will not be accepted, unless there's a valid reason, on a case-by-case basis.
- Please ensure at least 6 months of shelf life if it's a perishable item.
- Send us your order confirmation email for refund verification.
Items not eligible for returns:
- Food-related, wearables, beds, and carriers due to food safety & hygiene reasons.
- Items that are purchased at promotional pricing from all of our sales channels.
- Customers who had a history of returning more than 3 items.
Note : When we receive the refunded/exchanged item, we will review the condition of the item and reach out to you to confirm and issue a refund/exchange within 7 working days. We regret that customers who decline to respect our policy will be ineligible for exchange, returns, and refunds.
Do also note that if we find that a product has been intentionally damaged or tampered with, refunds will not be offered.

Refunds for Loss of Parcel
For loss of parcel, please read our shipping policy above. We are unable to replace, refund, or compensate you if:
- parcels are delivered to the correct address but subsequently lost or stolen, or
- parcels left according to the courier procedure when no instructions were given.
In the event of a lost parcel claim:
- We will contact the courier and assist with the investigation.
- If the claim is deemed eligible, we will seek compensation from the third-party courier partners on your behalf.
- We will then make the refund to you once the compensation from the third-party courier partners is completed.
Note that third-party courier partners may require some time for internal investigation upon receiving our claim.
All refunds will be refunded as credit into your account with JOOF or as Cash Paynow to your mobile given, whichever we deem fit on a case-by-case basis.
