Product Application
Distract, apply, & reward!
With a distraction in tow (we love training treats or maybe their favorite toy) clean up any excess dirt or debris evident around the affected area. Use two fingers or a low-absorbent cloth to apply a generous amount of Wrinkle Balm into skin fold creases. Allow the area to dry (a nice belly rub always does the trick!) and follow up with a treat or play time for a positive reward!
Repeat one to three times daily. Consistent & frequent application is crucial to maintain healthy skin fold condition and prevent infection, buildup, and foul odors. Wrinkle Balm is even gentle enough to use around sensitive areas such as the face and tail pocket.

Q : WHAT IF MY DOG LICKS IT OFF?
A : Natural Dog Company products are 100% natural, safe and edible. Our products will still work even if most of it is licked off. Though, for best results, we advise using distractions. Give your dog a raw bone to chew on, a yummy treat, dinner, or play with them for a few minutes until the carrier oils have had a chance to work it’s magic. We hear peanut butter works great!
Q : HOW OFTEN SHOULD I APPLY WRINKLE BALM?
A : Frequent applications will help speed recovery and get the skin back to health. If an infection is already present, we recommend applying at least 2-3x a day – especially before bedtime when the body goes into regeneration mode and you can get the most healing benefits. Once the infection is cleared, you can reduce application to a few times a week to prevent further issues. For more stubborn and severe infections, we recommend our organic Skin Soother. Skin Soother is a stronger formula that will be able to clear any cases that Wrinkle Balm may be too gentle for.
Q : HOW SOON SHOULD I SEE RESULTS?
A : This is hard to say, it is varies greatly depending on the initial condition and frequency of use. Many customers see incredible results within the first week, while others may take longer. It is important to apply multiple times daily and try to distract your dog from licking in order to get the best results.
Q : IS WRINKLE BALM UNSCENTED?
A : We do not add any fragrance enhancers into Wrinkle Balm. However, because it is made of organic essential oils and waxes, Wrinkle Balm does emit a very slight, clean scent.
Q : WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WRINKLE BALM AND COCONUT OIL?
A : Wrinkle Balm actually contains high quality Virgin Organic Coconut Oil. However, our Wrinkle Balm formula is a powerhouse of 10 additional ingredients including several other moisturizing and healing oils and butters with a variety of favorable fatty acid characteristics. Wrinkle Balm also contains a proprietary and specially formulated Olive Leaf Extract that is oil soluble and extremely high in the constituent oleuropein. Oleuropein is prized for its anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties.
Q : WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WRINKLE BALM AND SKIN SOOTHER?
A : While Skin Soother and Wrinkle Balm both have similar qualities, Skin Soother has a higher concentration of essential oils and is a more powerful formula. Because of this high concentration, it is not recommended for sensitive tissues, such as around the face and eyes. Wrinkle Balm is a milder formula and better suited for those areas. In similar instances, if there are problematic areas that are not being resolved completely with Wrinkle Balm, it may be necessary to use Skin Soother due to the more powerful formula.

Q : HOW SHOULD I APPLY WRINKLE BALM?
A : If dirt or debris are evidence, cleanse area if possible before application. Use two fingers to scoop a small amount and gently rub into skin fold creases. Or, for no mess application, use a small beauty pad or low-absorbant cloth. Apply two to three times daily. Frequent application is important to protect against infections and to kill any existing bacteria.
Q : CAN I APPLY WRINKLE BALM DIRECTLY ON FACE WRINKLES?
A : Yes! Wrinkle Balm is specially formulated to be gentle enough to use around sensitive areas such as the face. You will definitely want to avoid getting any product inside the eyes, but about a half inch distance should be a safe enough to avoid accidental eye contact.
Q : SHOULD WE USE MEDICATED WIPES ALONG WITH WRINKLE BALM?
A : While wrinkles should be gently wiped clean before applying Wrinkle Balm, there are many wipes out there that contain harsh chemicals and acidic properties that may further irritate the skin. It is important to choose a natural / gentle wipe if your dog is already experiencing skin sensitivity and irritation.

Singapore Orders
- Non-frozen items could enjoy FREE delivery with orders $38 and above.
- Non-frozen items are delivered by third-party courier partners within 3 working days.
- Third-party courier partners may or may not attempt to reach you at the contact number that you've submitted upon delivery.
- If no one is present or uncontactable for further instructions, your package will be left at the riser, door, gate, security, or a location determined appropriate by the courier.
- If other arrangements are preferred and necessary, please leave us a remark or contact us right after you have placed your order.
- For orders above $150, we will be using reasonably reliable couriers (in line with our duty under the Singapore Sale of Goods Act) that allow high-value compensation in the event of parcel loss.
- For orders above $150, should there be theft suspected in your area, based on the courier that we will be partnering with, we may require you to make a police report for submission for a claim.
- Alternatively, you may also opt for Self Collection.
- Self-collection is applicable for all non-frozen items.

FROZEN ITEMS SHIPPING POLICY
Singapore Orders only
- This delivery option is not limited to just frozen items; however, if there are frozen items in the same order, it will be processed based on frozen item delivery.
- Frozen items could enjoy FREE scheduled delivery with orders $100 and above.
- Frozen items are delivered by third-party courier partners.
- Orders cut-off time applicable for FREE scheduled delivery is 5pm previous day.
- Orders made by 5pm will be delivered on your selected date and time slots.
- We highly recommend that you choose a date and time slot where you can be present to receive the parcel within the time frame.
- Should you have difficulties being present, we can arrange for the driver to hang at your gate, however, pls note that our packaging can only keep items as frozen as possible for only 3 hours.
- Third-party courier partners may or may not attempt to reach you at the contact number that you've submitted upon delivery.
- If no one is present or uncontactable for further instructions, and no other arrangements have been made prior, your package WILL BE RETURNED, and an additional $20 will be charged for the re-arrangement of the 2nd delivery.

Return and Refund Policy

Generally, all our products are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable.
However, in the event you received an incorrect or defective item, or any other valid reason that you can't enjoy your purchase, we will provide a refund or exchange on a case-by-case basis.
All we ask is that when the item is returned, it should meet the following requirements:
- Reach out to us to arrange an appointment to drop off your item at 338 Ang Mo Kio Ave 1 #01-1649, Singapore 560338.
- Item returned should be in its original & sealed packaging. Broken seals will not be accepted, unless there's a valid reason, on a case-by-case basis.
- Please ensure at least 6 months of shelf life if it's a perishable item.
- Send us your order confirmation email for refund verification.
Items not eligible for returns:
- Food-related, wearables, beds, and carriers due to food safety & hygiene reasons.
- Items that are purchased at promotional pricing from all of our sales channels.
- Customers who had a history of returning more than 3 items.
Note : When we receive the refunded/exchanged item, we will review the condition of the item and reach out to you to confirm and issue a refund/exchange within 7 working days. We regret that customers who decline to respect our policy will be ineligible for exchange, returns, and refunds.
Do also note that if we find that a product has been intentionally damaged or tampered with, refunds will not be offered.

Refunds for Loss of Parcel
For loss of parcel, please read our shipping policy above. We are unable to replace, refund, or compensate you if:
- parcels are delivered to the correct address but subsequently lost or stolen, or
- parcels left according to the courier procedure when no instructions were given.
In the event of a lost parcel claim:
- We will contact the courier and assist with the investigation.
- If the claim is deemed eligible, we will seek compensation from the third-party courier partners on your behalf.
- We will then make the refund to you once the compensation from the third-party courier partners is completed.
Note that third-party courier partners may require some time for internal investigation upon receiving our claim.
All refunds will be refunded as credit into your account with JOOF or as Cash Paynow to your mobile given, whichever we deem fit on a case-by-case basis.
